Blueberries for breakfast

Breakfast is a must, a pivotal moment in our day and often we are preparing something gorgeous for a good reason to wake up or better for a consolation prize of being there ... especially awakened in winter, when one side is cold and the other, the temptation of the warm layer of down.
We have seen in the context of network-read recipes on blueberry and we decided to combine useful and fun and make a plum cake, perhaps a pity that he thought the whole neighborhood!

We decided to prepare the cupcake of the week for breakfast and for the contest and go to the grocery store. Here is the recipe of plum cake with blueberries:
2 pots of yogurt (we used that to blueberry, but is fine the natural one)
5 cups flour (we used 3 00 flour, 2 whole wheat flour, but that's okay even all 00).

jars of sugar 1 jar of extra virgin olive oil 1 package of yeast


a pinch of salt 125 gr.
fresh blueberries and three 3 "precious" eggs
blueberry jam to taste

The procedure is really easy: put aside jam and blueberries and toss the rest in the robot, just the dough is ready (if you use yogurt to blueberries take a trendissimo lilac) pour it into / in (they came 2 medium) form / forms plumcake. Pour
first part, add a little 'jam and blueberries and "close" with a second layer.
Everything in the oven at 180 for 15-20 minutes, but it depends on how big the forms and your oven.

The result satisfied us. Sweet light, tasty and not suitable for delicate stomachs.
