Le vostre ricette: Le frittelle di Valentina

L'idea di pubblicare le ricette dei "nonblogger" che decidono di partecipare al nostro first contest with a dedicated post seeempre we like more, especially because the recipes that come to us are always beautiful and good and we like to also give them the right space. Valentina then fritters are very much in theme with the carnival and look like a bit of a trick around this time that one of our grandmothers when we came prepared this feast. They are certainly being tested. Here's the recipe here

Valentina (well we did rhyme!)


Pancakes

"½ liter of water
1 hg of butter
Flour 3 hg hg
1 frumina
1 hg of sugar and two tablespoons of vanilla sugar 8 eggs

peel an orange and a lemon
2 teaspoons baking

Boil water with butter and salt.
Remove from heat and pour all the flour at once and frumina.
Mix well and put back on fire for about a minute.

Add the yeast and wanting pine nuts or raisins when the pasta is cooled.
