No tranquilli, tranquilli non siamo improvvisamente stati colti da un raptus di velinismo acuto, certo visti i tempi  è il primo pensiero che viene in mente, ma semplicemente crediamo che a volte serva anche un po' di fortuna.
Questo post è un tripudio di fortuna o, se preferite, di congiunture positive.
Cominciamo dal principio.
Il Gamberetto ci ha invitato al suo contest e abbiamo scoperto che è tutto dedicato ai broccoli...ovviamente non ci potevamo tirare indietro! Capite bene che la blogosfera è piena di contest (fra cui the our sull'arancia ), but for understandable reasons of empathy we have given priority to her.

Beh e la pasta?

Bene, allora che fare? Chiamare il caro amico e chiedere di rifarla per noi! Per mantenere un minimo di coerenza con l'originale...una vera pasta con delle vere dime di rapa pugliesi!.
Allora non ci chiedete una ricetta precisina precisina, è un post "di cuore" e la ricetta non potrà essere da meno, dunque la bilancia e il misurino saranno sostituiti dal gusto preferito, dalle risate, dai giochi dispettosi.
Del resto ogni ricetta della tradizione che si rispetti varia da casa a casa, da famiglia a famiglia e ognuno detiene l'unica e inimitabile versione speciale.
E sì perché dovrete mettere a bollire le cime di rapa e una volta cotte (circa 10/15 minuti) scolatele con una schiumarola. Non buttate l'acqua (ormai verdastra), ma usatela per cuocere la pasta.
Nel frattempo mettete a dorare un aglio e aggiungete delle acciughe.
